01 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with phearn, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines and phearn enforces this strictly. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that using phearn is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a phearn employee or associated partner company.
• You must not already have an existing phearn account. Only one account per person is allowed — multiple accounts for the same individual are a breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been legally declared incapable of managing their affairs are not permitted to register.

phearn reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. This may include a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card. Failure to provide acceptable documentation when requested may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

02 Account Registration

When you register a phearn account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details.

• You must use your own personal information when registering. Creating an account in another person's name — even with their permission — is not allowed.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method. phearn uses automated detection to identify duplicate registrations.
• phearn may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before you can deposit, bet, or withdraw. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone — including family members.
• If your personal details change (e.g., address, contact number), you must update your phearn account within 30 days of the change.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

phearn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through officially supported payment methods. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• The minimum deposit on phearn is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya during standard operating hours (8 AM to 10 PM, Philippine Standard Time). Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 4 hours.
• phearn does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — check their terms separately.
• phearn reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱100,000 within a 30-day period. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a deposit or withdrawal, phearn will investigate and resolve the issue within 3 business days. Do not attempt to exploit or repeat a transaction you believe has resulted in an error.

04 Betting Rules

All bets placed on phearn are subject to the specific rules of the market being wagered on, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation number or notification from phearn. Bets that do not generate a confirmation should not be assumed to have been accepted.
• phearn reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human mistake. In such cases, the stake is returned to your wallet in full.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time, all pre-game bets on that event are void and stakes are returned.
• If a game is abandoned after it has started, settlement rules depend on the specific sport and market. Full details are available in the sport-specific rules accessible from the phearn betting lobby.
• Live/in-play bets are final once confirmed. phearn's in-play system operates with a short delay, and any bets accepted before an event outcome is confirmed on our end are valid.
• phearn may impose maximum payout limits on individual markets. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm your wager.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, fraud, or any other prohibited means will be voided, and associated winnings will be forfeited.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

phearn offers various promotional bonuses from time to time — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and free bets. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your phearn wallet. Any applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page before you opt in. phearn does not apply surprise requirements after a bonus has been claimed.
• Only one active bonus can be applied to your account at a time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonus funds as part of a coordinated bonus-farming strategy, or sharing bonus access with others, is prohibited.
• phearn reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonus funds at the time of a promotion's cancellation will continue to be valid until the original expiry date unless stated otherwise.
• Free bet credits must be used within the validity period specified on the promotion. Unused free bets expire and will be removed from your account without notice.

06 Prohibited Behaviour

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phearn. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one account on phearn, whether in your own name or another person's.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment details, or impersonating another person.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions in ways not intended by phearn, including coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other bettors to fix outcomes, share information for unfair advantage, or manipulate market odds.
• Money laundering: Using phearn to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity. phearn complies with Philippine AML regulations and reports suspicious transactions to authorities.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the phearn platform without prior written approval.
• Exploiting technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system faults to gain an unfair financial advantage.

07 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your phearn account. This responsibility applies whether or not you authorised the activity.

• Keep your password secure. Do not share it with anyone — family members, friends, or third-party betting services included.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your phearn account. This is optional but strongly recommended to protect your funds.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact phearn support immediately via live chat or email. We can lock your account within minutes while an investigation takes place.
• phearn will never ask for your password over live chat, email, or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be phearn and requests your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to us.
• Bets placed from a compromised account before you report the breach to phearn are considered valid unless we can confirm they were placed without your knowledge.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

phearn may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances, with or without prior notice:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when required.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory direction relating to the account.
• Concerns about fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in your phearn wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are not transferable and will not be paid out on closure.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting phearn support. We will process your closure request within 24 hours and refund any remaining real-money balance.

09 Limitation of Liability

phearn provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform available and accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• phearn is not liable for losses caused by service outages, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond our control.
• phearn is not responsible for losses arising from a member's failure to follow these Terms and Conditions.
• phearn's total liability to any member for any single event shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event in question.
• Nothing in these Terms limits phearn's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Privacy and Data

phearn collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering with phearn, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

phearn will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to operate your account, comply with legal obligations, and improve the phearn platform. For full details, visit the Privacy Policy page.

11 Responsible Gaming

phearn is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform provides tools that every registered member can use to manage their betting behaviour:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts that tell you how long you have been logged in.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your phearn account for a chosen period — days, weeks, or indefinitely.
• Betting history: Review a full record of your wagers at any time from your account dashboard.

12 Changes to These Terms

phearn may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email and/or a notice on the phearn platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of your phearn account after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
